Update. Covid 19

These are such difficult times and we are in no doubt you feel anxious about your relative and sad you are unable to see them as you would normally choose.   Staff will be keeping you informed as to how they are and the activities still taking place to keep everyone’s spirits as raised as we can using innovative ways of communication such as Skype, phone calls, facetime.

We can confirm  we are maintaining stringent precautions for all staff and any essential visitors entering the home to manage Covid-19. The Senior Management Team are continually reviewing our risk assessment and relaying corresponding instructions to all staff as anything changes.

If your relative is directly involved in being symptomatic or tested for Covid-19 we will always contact you directly

Pinxton Manor is asking the local community keep an eye out for their Easter window when you’re out walking and give them a wave!

Some staff have had to be off work for varying reasons, but we have kept everything going with the correct numbers on all shifts and We are so grateful to everyone for their efforts.  It is times like this when you discover how extra special people can be and we would like to thank each and every person for caring for our Residents and each other
