At Croft we try to get on our dancing shoes as often as we can, always making time for a quick spin and a twirl!

Dancing has shown many health benefits, including boosting brain power and function.

If being an enjoyable way to spend your time wasn’t a good enough reason to get moving, many studies have shown dancing bolsters physical and mental health by helping to prevent falls, improve posture and flexibility, lift mood and ease anxiety.
