Monarch Healthcare are recruiting for a Senior Administrator to join our dedicated team at Heeley Bank Care Home. Heeley Bank offers care and nursing support for up to 67 people in a spacious, well-maintained home. The nursing home is based within a residential area of Sheffield, S2 and benefits from good transport links to the surrounding areas. This is a full-time position working 40 hours per week between the days of Monday and Friday. We are looking for someone who can be flexible with regards to working hours, as the position may require work outside of the agreed times to meet business needs. The salary is £25,000-£27,000, dependent on experience and qualifications. Responsibilities of a Senior Administrator will include, but are not limited to:
  • Maintain accurate records of the home, clients and staff files in line with company policy and procedures, and regulations
  • Prepare and issue reports, ensuring any required information is provided in a timely manner
  • Process payroll by arranging the accurate calculation of wages, ensuring continuity of payroll
  • Provide administrative support to the Management team with responsibilities including the inputting of rotas
  • Process invoices and payments as requested, ensuring records are maintained
  • Arrange interviews and process the onboarding of new staff members, maintaining communication throughout the onboarding process and liaising with Managers as required
  • Support Clients and Visitors with enquires and welcome visitors to the home
