Clinical Manager / Registered Manager

Monarch Healthcare are recruiting for a Clinical Manager at Heeley Bank Care Home.

Heeley Bank offers care and nursing support for up to 64 people in a spacious, well-maintained home. Based within a residential area of Sheffield S2, the home benefits from good transport links to the surrounding areas.

CQC Rating: GOOD

We are looking to speak with individuals who have proven experience of leading a nursing home team. The role will require a Nurse qualified Manager who is used to working with comprehensive governance processes and who is passionate and will actively work with and support the team and visiting professionals, to make a difference.

As a Clinical Manager, you will oversee all aspects of the running of the nursing home, working alongside the General Manager. This will include but is not limited to, ensuring all policies and procedures are followed, budgets are maintained, and all regulatory requirements are adhered to within defined timescales. We will look to you to lead the team, providing support whilst ensuring the delivery of quality care is maintained through assessment, guidance and supervision.

Required: Driving licence and use of a vehicle
