2020 has been such a challenging year for everyone,  in healthcare we’ve been forced to change and adapt at a incredible pace and we couldn’t be prouder of our healthcare heroes and resilient residents for dealing with all this crazy year has thrown at them; Christmas in 2020 is going to present many changes for us all, but one thing we can guarantee is twinkling lights and festive cheer! Armed with a generous budget from our directors the homes we’re set the challenge to decorate like never before and shine some much needed light for the end of 2020! Here’s how they got on…

Autumn Grange

Autumn Grange have trimmed up beautifully with an giant door wreath and  a real Christmas tree centerpiece in the car park.


Well done to croft on their wonderful display, they’ve created a real festive feel at the entrance to the home. The residents have really enjoyed making wreaths for the home.

Haddon House

Haddon House are looking twinkly and bright, here you can see Sarah and Hannah getting stuck in helping make the home shine.

Pinxton Manor

Pinxton Manor have trimmed up their memory tree for another year, again inviting you to come hang a bauble for you loved one over the Christmas period. As you can see, theirs no shortage of Christmas cheer at Pinxton!

Kingfisher Court

Kingfisher Court are getting into the spirit with a real tree at the entrance and a flock of luminous reindeer! Ho Ho Ho!


Parkside are ready for the big man in red, the wonderful Christmas characters displayed outside the home have put a smile on everyone’s face!

Rutland Manor



The staff at Rutland have made a great effort with their Christmas trees, with many of them decorated outside the home.



Woodlands have created a lovely display with lights, even trimming up the balcony to bring the outside in!

Clifton Manor Residential

Clifton Manor Residential have really gone all out, they’ve done a fantastic job creating a little winter wonderland, complete with a penguin playground! Nottingham or North Pole?
