Welcome to Croft Residential Home

Support and advice is available from the moment you first contact us.  Your named nurse will conduct a full assessment of your needs and will discuss with you the care you and your family require, as well as all the things that are most important for you.

We consider the views of the individual, their family, friends and key professionals to be equally important to ensuring well being and personal fulfilment.  And therefore promote holistic and inclusive services, based on residents own values systems and choices.

We hold regular review meetings to reflect on your requirements and to get feedback on any issues you may wish to raise. These meetings are carried out by trained staff who are dedicated to putting you first and making sure the service we provide to you is exactly what you want for yourself.

We offer a varied range of entertainment and activities within the home to help residents lead a fulfilled and enjoyable life in the companionship of others.  Our specially trained Activities Co-ordinator arranges a selection of fun and therapeutic activities to help maintain an active mind and body.  Outings and small group activities are balanced with one to one conversation, reminiscence and treasured memories working to enhance a person’s quality of life.

Our staff

The Croft is a small, personal residential home supporting older people and their families towards the end of life.  We pride ourselves on ensuring all residents received individualised care from a dedicated team of carers and social activities support workers.

Experienced carers are available throughout the day and night to ensure people receive timely and efficient care and treatment as it is needed.

To support our clinicians we employ a support team of Activities Co-ordinators and hotel services staff so that all requirements and needs are attended to.

The home is overseen by the manager, Head of care, senior care assistants and also supported by the administrator.
